Mr. O'Brien's 6th class have completed their entry for the e-Health Digital Natives Competition 2017. The boys have produced a project which suggests ways that technology might be used in health care in the future.

Mr. Noone 's class have been working very hard on their art work lately.
The theme of our art work in September has been 'Line' where we explored and created artwork using simple line designs.
We took inspiration from the work of Georgia O' Keefe and her abstract flowers, to create our own abstract flowers using line and colour.
They look great, and really brighten up the hallway!

Mr. Noone's 6th class - Nature Walk |

Our class had its annual nature walk this week. We took in the beautiful sights of St. Anne's Park and learned about the history of the park, including the Guinness estate. We also paid a visit to the wonderful tree carving on the coast road - such an amazing piece of work!

6th class have participated in paired reading with boys from 3rd class. Mr. O'Brien's 6th class are excellent readers and love books. They enjoy visiting the school library every Wednesday. Thanks to all the parents who run our school library. It is a fantastic resource.
